These healthy beans recipe will blow you away as it gets tastier and tastier in the jar.
500gr stringless beans washed, cut lengthwise and chop to 4-6 pieces
2 onions chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
4 vine tomatoes peeled and chopped
2 spoonful extra virgin olive oil
Fry the onions and garlic gently
Add stringless beans and tomato
Simmer lid on until releases it juice stirring occasionally
Add some water
Add some salt
Finish off with chopped dills
Preserves over a week in the jar when packed while steaming hot
Midweek pour the jar in a dish to heat up over the hob or microwave

5gr fiber per portion (16% of recommended daily intake)
300gr lentils
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 carrot
1 tablespoon pure tomato paste
Boil lentils and drain
Fry the base onion, garlic, tomato paste and carrot gently with extra virgin olive oil.
Black pepper, paprika and salt as per preference.
Add 1.5liter of water.
Simmer for 15 minutes
Serves 6 and each portion with 4gr fiber.

300gr dry chickpeas soaked in water overnight
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Chopped fried gently in extra virgin olive oil with 1 tablespoon pure tomato paste
Chop 2 Green/padron peppers
Slice 1 carrot
Add 1 teaspoon paprika and salt
Drain the chickpeas and add to the base
In a pressure cooker add boiling water up to 1/2 inch above the chickpeas.
Close the lid and lock the vent of the pressure cooker. Once it reaches to full pressure cook at medium/low heat for 35-40 minutes (depends on your chickpeas).
Turn off heat, vent pressure cooker.
Put in a jar when warm. Once cooled stored in the fridge chickpeas maintain perfect taste and freshness for 10days.
Every 100grams of chickpeas contain a whopping 8grams of fiber and 8 grams protein. Middle East, India and European ancestors guts have been blessed by this legume for almost 10,000 years.
No need for anything else for a complete meal when you have a fermented side (yoghurt, cabbage or radishes) with it.
